This is our community support letter and auction procurement form along with our letter of tax exemption that I mailed, emailed, and delivered to countless businesses and restaurants. Through my communication and delivery of this letter, we received many donations for our Wine Opener Auction such as hotel stays, Cardinals tickets, an autographed Blues hockey puck, a couple shopping parties at local boutiques, tons of gift cards to various restaurants and shopping locations, etc.

This is our tasting station commitment form. At the Wine Opener we are having tasting stations with different restaurants and dessert places handing out samples. I emailed several different places asking for them to take part. On one of my last days, I got news that Nothing Bundt Cakes, a popular bakery, was going to participate.   

This is our sponsorship form that I formatted to ask a local radio station, Y98, if they would be interested in being our media sponsor for the Wine Opener.

This is our Wine Opener website. Our national office runs everything online so we have to submit website updates to them and they will then fix it. So the homepage is an update that I formatted and had sent to nationals. 

This is a list of festivals that I made to then inquire of each to see if they would donate two tickets to the event. We wanted to try to create a package for our auction if we were to get a hotel and a festival because we already had airfare donated. Since our event involves wine, we also thought it would be cool to have another wine or drinking event like a big festival to be put in the auction.

This is a list of hotels that I made to then inquire of each to see if they would be willing to donate a one or two night stay. I first gathered information on all of the Kimpton Hotels across the country because they have been past donors and then I also found information on some of the top hotels in different cities closer to St. Louis such as Kansas City, Chicago, Nashville, etc.

This is a list of North Carolina vineyards that I made to then inquire of each to see if they would donate a tour and tasting for two. I focused on North Carolina because a Kimpton Hotel in Winston-Salem donated a two night stay. The owner's daughter had actually been recently diagnosed with CF and he was so pleased as to how this just fell in his lap. So with this list, we were trying to create a North Carolina destination package.  

This is a list of tweets that I made to promote the Wine Opener. I then used a social media scheduler called HootSuite to schedule out when I wanted each tweet to be posted.
